How Turn Around Talk collects, uses, and protects your information.
We collect only what we need to run the platform. We do not sell your data. We do not manually listen to your audio uploads. Audio files are sent to Google's AI for transcription and then removed from temporary storage — we keep only the resulting transcript and score in our database. You are responsible for ensuring that audio you upload does not contain sensitive regulated data (credit cards, health records, SSNs). We are not a HIPAA- or PCI-compliant system.
Turn Around Talk ("we," "us," or "our") operates the turnaroundtalk.com platform, a call center training and coaching tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the platform and related services.
Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and a hashed password. Administrators may also add employee accounts, providing names and email addresses for those users.
Audio Content You Upload
When you use the audio scoring feature, you upload recordings of customer service calls. These files are temporarily stored on our servers, transmitted to Google Gemini (Google's AI service) for transcription and analysis, and then deleted from temporary storage. The resulting transcript and performance scores are stored in our database under your account.
We do not manually listen to, review, or access audio content you upload. Processing is fully automated.
Role-Play Session Data
When employees complete AI voice role-play sessions, conversation transcripts are generated by ElevenLabs (our voice AI provider) and passed to Google Gemini for scoring. These transcripts and scores are stored in our database under your account.
Usage and Log Data
We collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security monitoring and platform improvement. This data is not sold or shared with advertisers.
Payment Information
Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment card data on our servers. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is handled.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

Important: We have not executed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with these providers. This means the platform is not suitable for processing Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA.
Turn Around Talk does not meet the requirements of HIPAA, HITECH, PCI-DSS, or similar regulated data frameworks. Do not upload audio recordings containing Protected Health Information, credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or any other category of regulated sensitive data.
While we have implemented technical measures — including AI prompt instructions that direct our transcription system to avoid capturing certain sensitive patterns, and automated pattern-detection filters that scan transcripts for common formats of regulated data — these measures are not a substitute for regulatory compliance and cannot guarantee that all sensitive data will be detected and blocked.
The responsibility to ensure that regulated data is not included in audio submitted to this platform rests entirely with you, the Account Holder. If your organization regularly handles calls that may contain regulated data, you must implement procedures to prevent that data from being captured in recordings submitted to this Service, or use a purpose-built compliant platform for those workflows.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission, hashed password storage, and access controls limiting who within our organization can access platform data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email or by posting a notice within the platform. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
